CONTINUUM OF SERVICES: |

| EXCHANGE SERVICES: | |
Exchanges – This service facilitates the exchange of child(ren) from the possession of one party to the other as needed or as ordered by the court while maintaining NO CONTACT between parties. |

Exchange LIGHT– This service facilitates the exchange of child(ren) and allows the clients the opportunity to practice direct exchanges while being observed by KE staff. Must already be an exchange client. |

Alcohol Screening Tests – The staff administers an alcohol swab test to a client and is taken voluntarily or when ordered by a court or referring party. Swab tests may be purchased from Kids Exchange for $5 a piece. |

| SUPERVISED VISITATION SERVICES: | |
On-site Visitation – One supervisor is assigned to each family as they visit at the Kids Exchange facility. Also called Controlled supervision. |
$50-$105/ hour. |
Off-Site Visitation – One supervisor is assigned to each famiyl as they visit at the Kids Exchange facility or out in the community. Visiting parties will pass a screening, should provide additional paperwork, and are subject to additional restrictions (see policies) before they are allowed off-site visitation. The first supervised visit is always on-site. |
$50-$105/ hour |
Sandwiched Visitation – Only a determined amount of time at the beginning or end of the access is supervised. Regular supervision fees are assessed only for the time that is supervised. Sandwiched visitation can be used as part of a graduated schedule. |

Therapeutic Supervision – One-on-one visitation may include a mental health professional as supervisor. In addition to observation and documentation, they will work with the visting party to set and acheive specific goals in order to improve the quality of the visit. Parents will meet with the supervisor and screened to determine the service is appropriate. Therapeutic visitation services can be voluntary, as ordered by the court or other referring party or required by the Kids Exchange. Therapeutic services are on-site and for a set number of sessions, not to exceed eight. |

| ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: | |
Documentation – The staff keeps written records of all activity. Copies of the file can be obtained when there is mutual agreement of parties or under a subpoena. Copies of the records call be accompanied with an affidavit of their authenticiy and will always assess a Records Research fee. Kids Exchange is not an evaluative or enforcing agency and cannot provide opinion or make an evaluation on a case. |

Record Research – The staff keeps written records of all activity. Attorneys or counselors in a case can gain access to the records in the Kids Exchange file. This access is allowed by mutual agreement of parties, or under a records subpoena. |

Mediation – All Kids Exchange services are provided under a no-contact policy. Parties agree to communicate and exchange children through our staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all cients. Communication unrelated to visitation will assess a Case Management fee. |

Consultation – A staff member can meet with attorneys, counselors, Ad-Litems, or clients to discuss issues in the case. Communication unrelated to visitation will assess a Case Management fee. |

Court Appearance – Our staff will give testimony in court about the contents of the file when summoned by a subpoena. The services and therefore the staff are not evaluative and cannot give recommendations. Fees for court appearance include wait and travel time. Attorneys can arrange ahead of time for staff to be on-call to minimize the cost for wait time. |

Resources & Support– Relevant articles, helpful numbers and websites, information about parenting and relationship groups and general counseling services are posted in the visit room and on the website and available to clients upon request. The website also contains all registration forms, updated policies & procedures, program and staff contact information. |

COURT ORDERS: |
|
Court orders are not required to participate. Clients are accepted under mutual agreement of parties. |

SUBPOENAS: |
|
Without mutual agreement of parties, records can be release and record copies made only by subpoena. Kids Exchange will need a signed Consent for Release of Information form from each party in the file. Subpoenas can be faxed. |
